Thai Spider Whiskey (500ml bottle)

You think Jack Daniels adding honey to their whiskey messes up a good thing? Well how about Thai Spider Whiskey? This bottle contains Thai rice whiskey (45% v/v) which is infused with a large non-venomous spider. The whiskey is steeped for several months, imparting a very unique flavor into the whiskey. Of course, we have not tasted this particular whiskey, nor do we intend to. The makers say that it’s an acquired taste. The story is that this whiskey is used in Southeast Asia as an aphrodisiac; it also is claimed to have medical uses, such as the treatment of back pain. They also say spider whiskey is extremely rare. Hmmm,… wonder why that is? We highly suggest that you fore go the spider and opt for one of our soapstone Whiskey Disks instead; it’ll chill your drink, not your spine!

You’ll pay around $32 for a 500ml bottle. If perhaps you’re interested, you can buy it online.
